- Clients: Company name, business contact information, recruitment specifications, and related organizational data.
- Vendors: Business registration details, contact information, and service-related data.
2. How we use personal data
Processing of personal data is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Unless otherwise required by law, Capabiliq shall not use or disclose personal data for any purpose other than recruitment without the express and informed consent of the data subject.
By using the Capabiliq Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Personal data may be disclosed to verified talent partners, clients, or third-party service providers, strictly for recruitment-related functions.
- You grant Capabiliq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, and process such personal data solely to the extent necessary to fulfill recruitment-related objectives.
- Capabiliq may retain personal data for a maximum period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless a longer retention period is mandated by applicable law or consented to by you for consideration in future recruitment opportunities.

Capabiliq implements reasonable technical and organizational measures, consistent with industry standards, to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
No method of data transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure. Accordingly, Capabiliq does not warrant or guarantee absolute security of your personal data, and any transmission of such data is undertaken at your own risk.
